What I Did
Created Visibility into Available Inventory
- Developed a finished goods planning template by location and product
- Integrated forecasts, booked orders, inventory levels, and scheduled production
- Calculated clear Available-to-Promise (ATP) quantities
Enabled Real-Time Access for Sales
- Published inventory availability data to a shared Microsoft Teams site
- Standardized information so Sales could quickly identify sellable product
- Eliminated delays caused by manual inquiries or internal coordination
